David Benowitz is a tenacious criminal defense attorney who will fight
to make sure his

the National Association of Criminal Defense

David has spent his entire professional career defending the rights of
those accused. He served as a Staff Attorney for the prestigious
Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia (“PDS”),
widely recognized as one of the top criminal defense attorney training grounds
in the United States. David has represented thousands of clients in the
litigation of serious juvenile and adult criminal matters, including
first degree murder, first degree sexual abuse, and armed robbery.
David obtained an advanced law degree (LL.M) in Trial Advocacy in 2006 from
Temple University's Beasley School of Law. He graduated
near the top of his class at The George Washington University Law
School in 1995. During law school David participated in the DC Law Students in
Court Program, was a Member of the George Washington Law Review and
the Moot Court Board. David graduated with honors in 1991 from the
University of Pennsylvania.
